WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a co-active process involving active and collaborative interaction between two people on a personal level. It is accomplished by scheduled phone conversations between the coach and the client which draw on a person's inner, and perhaps, unrecognized resources. These sessions clarify goals and provide tools for action and learning, that lead to desirable results. This in turn, motivates the client to make changes.
WHY PEOPLE COACH
People come to coaching for various reasons, but the ultimate goal is to maintain a better quality
of life; they want things to be different, they want changes. Sometimes they want more from life;
i.e. peace of mind, simplicity, career satisfaction, and sometimes they want less; i.e., less stress, less confusion and less anger. They come seeking more order and balance in their lives, striving for more fulfillment, better balance, and to accomplish their life goals and desires.
