Life/Career Coaching

What ?

Coaching is a co-active process involving active and collaborative interaction between two people on a personal level. It is accomplished by scheduled phone conversations between the coach and the client which draw on a person's inner, and perhaps, unrecognized resources. These sessions clarify goals and provide tools for action and learning, that lead to desirable results. This in turn, motivates the client to make changes.

Why?

People come to coaching for various reasons, but the ultimate goal is to maintain a better quality of life; they want things to be different, they want changes. Sometimes they want more from life; i.e. peace of mind, simplicity, career satisfaction, and sometimes they want less; i.e. less stress, less confusion and less anger. They come seeking more order and balance in their lives, striving for more fulfillment, better balance, and to accomplish their life goals and desires.

How?

Professional coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that leads to people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life. In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, with the coach listening and contributing observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity, and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client’s progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future. ICF (International Coaches Federation) member coaches recognize that results are a matter of the client’s intentions, choices and actions, supported by the coach’s efforts and application of the coaching process.
